We collect the monthly rent • Deposit it directly into our client’s account • In case of any emergency utility needs, we take care of the issue within 24 hours • We have dependable partnerships with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, among others readily accessible to answer in case of an emergency. • We pass on our discounts to our clients, resulting in more savings to you.
